The eco-hotel Qazaq Auyl is home to the national cuisine restaurant of the same name, AUYL, which is part of the country's largest ABR chain. Regional dishes use only local and seasonal ingredients that reflect the richness of Kazakh cuisine, the beauty and special character of the mountains.
